The training plan and diet really fit me well.Every time I told Patrik about my new training goal, the plan was changed in time, though sometimes I even could not precisely talked about my training goal, he would try to understand me, and raised customised training plan and diet. Besides any time I have difficulties in some movements ,he could always help me out with his rich experience on training.I think he can solve anything in training plan, and diet, so what I just need is to push harder and stick to the plan:)

"When I started I just wanted to lose some weight. I did some exercises by myself but I got stuck at a certain point and I wasn't too trustful that I could lose more weight. Before to start to work with him, I'd never been in a gym. He knew how to motivate me and he also helped me with the diet and gave me always tips on what was good to eat and what wasn't. He also helped me with a plan of workout to do at home when I wasn't able to come to the gym. Until this year I’d never stepped foot in a gym and if I hadn’t met Patrik that would probably still be the case. I started working with Patrik as I had no idea how to ‘workout’ and wanted some guidance on how to use the machines etc - it was supposed to be for a couple of weeks maximum. 8 months on and I wish I could see Patrik more often than I do!
