Sign up for online coaching and get started with online ZOOM assessment and discussion.After we will discuss all the important details I will proceed with preparing your workout plan and diet which will be delivered in no more than three days after the call. Once everything is ready and understood we start the process. To make sure everything is going well we’ll have regular check ins in form of 10 minute calls as well as texting through WhatsApp whenever it may be needed.
